ABOUT PLATEAU GOT TALENT (PGT)

Plateau Got Talent is a talent management event principally providing a distinctive platform to showcase talents and enhance creativity within a broad strategic agenda for realizing socio-cultural and economic empowerment.

The initiative is committed to addressing societal ills by helping to realize values in people's natural abilities, cultures and arts. PGT adopts a systematic approach to aid realization, to bring onboard, and to grow talents to optimal heights. 

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

* To help discover talents.

* To help stimulate the creation and advancement of socio-economic values from talented people and the human factor.

* To use talent management as a driver towards grassroots development.

* To employ natural abilities as a formidable means of empowering people and societies.

* PGT is due to help prevent juvenile delinquency while helping to create peaceful societies.

* To help boost the self-esteem and confidence of talented youths in advancing their talents.

* To help enhance the interactivity of sectors and thereby boost industry and socio-economic performance.

ARTS/PERFORMANCE:

Performance features are show and entertainment-based, including common and a variety of talents such as, but not limited to the following:

* Music

* Comedy

* Poetry/Spoken Words

* Dance

* Gymnastics

Instrumentation

* Dick Jokey (DJ)

* Fine Art/Painting

CONTEST DURATION:

The Contest is scheduled to last for 2months. The first month is basically for entries while the second month is for the competition proper. 

TARGET QUALIFICATIONS:

- Contest is open to all age group

- Contestants MUST be Active online

NATURE OF CONTEST:

* Contest is online and Physical 

* Contest is Open to EVERYONE

* Contest includes VOTING.

* Live Shows will be shown on Crest TV YouTube Channel

JUDGING CRITERIA:

- Active Participation in tasks

- Adherance to competition Rules

- Voting

- Talent and performance techniques
